14-day money-back guarantee

All paid subscriptions to products operated by CODETRON DOO UMČARI come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

The same 14-day window applies to each renewal payment: if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, request a refund within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Either of these works:

• Email us at info@codetron.xyz with the email address you used to pay and the product name, or
• Use the refund or support link in your receipt email.

Processing

Our order process is conducted by an authorised online reseller acting as Merchant of Record for all our orders. Approved refunds are issued by the reseller to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Taxes collected on the payment are refunded too.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, payments are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We may still issue a refund at our discretion, for example if a Service was unavailable for an extended period.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
